ABOUT ME
Success with AI and data does not begin with technology. It begins with the right questions, a clear connection to organizational reality, and people who are able to work differently.
I am an Organizational Psychologist, lecturer, and consultant with more than 20 years of experience in HR, People Analytics, Data, AI, and organizational processes.
Over the years, I have led complex initiatives across global technology companies, corporations, and startups, including Riskified, AppsFlyer, and HP. Today, I bring that experience to leadership teams, HR functions, public sector organizations, and academia.
